Vice President Mike Pence promoted school choice and the economy at a Women for Trump event in Camp Hill. Here is the Playbook. 

Pence Promotes School Choice, Economy at Women for Trump Event: Vice President Mike Pence credited women for leading the way in the Trump economy and touted the administrations policies on education, security and more at the Women for Trump rally.

EMILY’S List Endorses 12 Dem Incumbent State Reps: EMILY’s List, the PAC that attempts to elect pro-choice Democratic women candidates to office, endorses 12 incumbent state representatives in Pennsylvania. The release said they endorsed State Reps. Sara Innamorato, Summer Lee, Liz Hanbidge, Wendy Ullman, Danielle Friel Otten, Carolyn Comitta, Melissa Shusterman, Christina Sappey, Leanne Krueger, Jennifer O’Mara , Kristine Howard, and Elizabeth Fiedler. 

PA1: FOP Lodge 53 Endorses Fitzpatrick: Fraternal Order of Police, Bucks County, Lodge 53 endorsed Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Bucks) in his reelection bid for the 1st Congressional District. 

PA8: NAGR Endorses Daniels: The National Association for Gun Rights, a group that “works tirelessly to hold politicians accountable for their anti-gun views,” and claims that they accept “no compromise on the issue of gun control,” endorsed Teddy Daniels in his bid for the GOP nomination for the 8th Congressional District. 

Legislative Election Update: 

SD-19: Kyle J. Boyer, president of the West Chester NAACP, announced his intentions to seek the Democratic nomination for the seat held by state Sen. Andy Dinniman (D-Chester), according to the Daily Local News. Dinniman defeated Republican Jack London by 12 points in his most recent reelection bid in 2016.  

HD-135: Scott Hough, a venue security professional, announced his intentions to seek the Republican nomination for the seat held by state Rep. Steve Samuelson (D-Northampton). Samuelson ran unopposed in his most recent reelection bid. 

SD-35: State Sen. Wayne Langerholc (R-Cambria) announced his intentions to seek a second term in the state Senate. Langerholc won the seat in 2016 after besting Democrat Ed Cernic Jr. by 28 points

HD-129: Kelly McDonough, a government and politics high school teacher, announcer her intentions to seek the Democratic nomination for the seat held by state Rep. Jim Cox (R-Berks), according to the Reading Eagle. Cox won his most recent reelection bid in 2018 by 10 points over Democrat Tricia Wertz.  

HD-160: Craig Williams, a former U.S. attorney and Marine Corps veteran, was unanimously endorsed by the Republican party in both Delaware and Chester Counties for the seat currently held by state Rep. Stephen Barrar (R-Delaware), according to the Daily Local News. Barrar, who announced that he is retiring at the end of his current term, won his most recent bid in 2018 by 2.5 points over Democrat Anton Andrew. 

HD-76: State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Clinton) announced her intentions to seek a second term in the state House, according to the Williamsport Sun-Gazette. Borowicz defeated Democrat Michael Hanna Jr. by 7 points for the seat in 2018.
