Sen. Pat Toomey calls for President Donald Trump to resign, while Lt. Gov. John Fetterman announces that he’s exploring a 2022 Senate bid. Here is the Playbook.

Toomey Calls for Trump to Resign: Sen. Pat Toomey urged President Donald Trump to resign, while adding that he thinks the president committed impeachable offenses for the riots in Washington D.C. on January 5.
