The Attorney ran for Commonwealth Court in 2015 and won the GOP nomination.
He lost in the general election to Michael Wojcik.
“I am excited to officially launch my campaign for Commonwealth Court,” Lalley said. “I believe that my passion for the law, qualifications and experience have prepared me to serve Pennsylvania on this important court.”
Coincidentally, last week Todd Eagen announced he is running for a seat as a Democrat. Eagen lost in the 2015 Democratic primary to…Michael Wojcik.
The Commonwealth Court currently contains six Republicans, one Democrat and two temporary appointees.
