    These “lawsuits” are a joke. They will all be thrown out the same way Claude Thomas’ was thrown out. And PA taxpayers should be able to recover those attorneys fees from the perverts, racists, and woman-haters who are filing the frivolous lawsuits. PADem – there are certain “journalists” who have been way too involved in the smear campaign launched by Fina & The Corbett Pervs. I certainly hope that the Ombudsman at the INKY takes a long look at the leaked material printed by Craig & Angela. I hope they look at the e-mail sent by a Judge who was thinking about committing a crime and how he e-mailed Craig and CC’d Frank Fina.

    Did Frank Fina “report” that like he did the alleged leak of Kathleen Kane? Because it seemed to me that Fina introduced that Judge to the reporter he was going co commit crimes with.

    Fina is bad news. But, for a while he was helping reporters with their stories about people he was prosecuting. That’s not how the system is supposed to work. It is actually very dangerous.

    So far – Seth Williams and Frank Fina have refused to answer questions about Fina’s relationship with Levant … Williams’ relationship with Levant (rumor has it that Levant represented Seth when the Feds came knocking) …. Williams’ hiring of Levant’s wife to a six-figure job …

You can classify these lawsuits as frivolous if you want but when an Attorney General promotes someone who was recommended to be fired by HR for sexual harassment and then fire the HR resource who investigated the claims and found them to be merit based you deserve to get sued. She has made horrible decisions and the only people paying are the taxpayers. Her exit will be a great thing for the taxpayers of the Commonwealth.
