Lindsey Graham Headlines GOP Winter Meeting

Lindsey GrahamSouth Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham is heading to PA tomorrow night.

Sen. Graham will be the keynote speaker for the party’s annual Lincoln Day Reception at their winter meeting in Hershey.

“Senator Lindsey Graham has established himself as a leading voice on American foreign policy and national security,” Gleason said. “Over his thirteen years of service in the United States Senate, Lindsey Graham has been a strong and consistent champion of policies that will keep our country safe. As a fellow Air Force veteran, I applaud Senator Graham’s thirty-three years of military service to our country.”

“As entities around the world threaten America’s safety, Senator Graham’s wealth of knowledge on national security issues will make our Lincoln Day Reception one of the most important events of the new year.”

Graham is one of the party’s most passionate foreign policy voices, to the point that he ran for President last year to bring more attention to those issues.

The South Carolinian is also one of the most well-known members of the Congress’ upper chamber. For years he has been part of a triumvirate of Senators, along with John McCain and Kelly Ayotte (her role was previously occupied by Joe Lieberman), that frequently appears on cable news and Sunday talk shows, and as a result, are major drivers of the debate in Washington.

Attendance of the reception will cost $100, while $350 will get you the chance to take a photo with the Senator.

I wonder if he will remind the audience that he has endorsed Bush. Even the Candy Man has given up on Bush, which speaks volumes. I can’t think of a worse choice of keynotes than Grahamnesty

These guys get it. They have their fingers on the pulse.
