March 13th Playbook

The Democratic Party goes two for two in state House special elections last night. Here is the Playbook.

Bridget Malloy Kosierowski Wins HD114: The Democrat bests the Republican who could not overcome a series of controversial social media posts.

South Philly defense attorney, Billy Ciancaglini, still intends to seek the GOP nomination.

Sen. Casey: It Would Be “Very Surprising” If Biden Didn’t Run: In a story from The Hill yesterday, Sen. Bob Casey, who is noted as a “longtime Biden friend” said he spoke to the former VP last week and said that although Biden wasn’t “declaratory,” he stated it would be “very surprising” if Biden didn’t make a presidential bid.
