Rep. Scott Perry remains on the National Journal’s top 20 most vulnerable House incumbents list for 2020 in their latest rankings. Here is the Playbook. 

National Journal: Perry Remains on Top 20 Most Vulnerable House List: The latest rankings from National Journal has Rep. Scott Perry’s seat as the 15th most likely to fip parties in November, and rates the York County Republican as the highest rated incumbent Republican seeking reelection to lose his seat.

Reader Poll: Should PA Delay Its Primary?: Gov. Tom Wolf said in a press conference on Monday that Pennsylvania is “certainly taking into consideration” the idea of moving the April 28 primary date to another date. 

Legislative Election Update:

SD-17: State Reps. Matt Bradford (D-Montgomery) and Liz Hanbidge (D-Montgomery) endorsed Amanda Cappelletti for the Democratic Party nomination for the 17th state Senate District, according to a release from her campaign. Cappelletti is running to unseat state Sen. Daylin Leach (D-Montgomery), who won his most recent reelection bid in 2016 by 27 points over Republican Brian Gondek.

  1. Scott Perry is a coward. He hasn’t done a single thing in two years to help PA-10, all he doing is trying to raise his freedom caucus profile.
