Gov. Tom Wolf delivers stay-at-home orders for several of the hardest hit counties in the state over the coronavirus, while two Democratic super PACs release new ads criticizing President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus. Here is the Playbook. 

Two Dem PACs Hit Trump in New Ads Over Coronavirus Response: Priorities USA starts their television and digital ad campaign on Tuesday, while American Bridge began their weeklong digital ad campaign on Friday in the state.
