March 26th Playbook

The state House and Senate vote to delay the state’s primary election until June 2, the DNC launches an ad campaign targeting African American and Latino voters in the state, and a pro-life group selects PA as one of their key states in 2020. Here is the Playbook.

DNC Campaign Targets African American and Latino Voters in PA: Pennsylvania is the lone state in the health care ad campaign that will include both print and radio ads targeting African American and Latino voters.

Pro-Life Group Targets PA: Susan B. Anthony List has Pennsylvania as one of their nine key states in the upcoming election and will be the first time the group has launched a significant ground effort in the state.
