Gov. Tom Wolf announces that coronavirus restrictions will be eased in 24 counties. Here is the Playbook.

  1. How many have to die before Trump stops proclaiming his bungling of coronavirus response was not a fantastic success?

  2. A very good job done by Gov Wolf in a very fluid and dynamic environment. That goofy idea by the PA Senate Republicans to have county commissioners conduct reopening was one for the books. Nothing like getting in the way of progress. Anyway, Gov Wolf is doing a good job.
