The U.S. Senate race is within the margin of error according to the latest poll from the Allentown Morning Call and Muhlenberg College. That’s a 6 point move in Smith’s favor since their poll in late September.
20 percent of likely voters are undecided are chose another candidate, a staggering amount at this stage in the campaign.
The MCall has not yet published the size of the sample or its composition.
The races has narrowed over recent weeks, with a Real Clear Politics polling average showing Casey with a 6.3 percent lead without yet including these MCall numbers.
Note: though MCall did not announce the poll’s sample size or margin or error, the number of voters surveyed would have to be greater than 1,000 to produce a margin of error smaller than 2 percent.
