McLaughlin Endorsed by Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association

Judge Maria McLaughlinJudge Maria McLaughlin was endorsed by the Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association (PPFFA) in her bid for the Superior Court.

“As emergency responders we know firsthand what it takes to measure up to adversity and stay cool under pressure. The 10,000 active and retired members of the PPFFA see qualities in you that we see in ourselves. The attributes you possess espouse all the values we stand for,” PPFFA President Art Martynuska said in a letter announcing the endorsement.  

PPFFA is comprised of more than 10,000 career Fire Fighters, EMT’s and Paramedics and is also a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters.  

“I am extremely proud to have received this endorsement from our Pennsylvania Fire Fighters. These men & women put their lives on the line every day in service to our communities. Their support means the world to me,” McLaughlin said in the release.  

McLaughlin is also endorsed by the International Association of Firefighters Local 1, Pittsburgh, International Association of Firefighters Local 22, Philadelphia, International Association of Firefighters Local 302, Allentown, & International Association of Firefighters Local 735, Bethlehem.  McLaughlin has been endorsed by 26 individual unions.  

McLaughlin is running on the Democratic ticket for one of four open seats on the Superior Court.
