McLaughlin Endorsed by Pennsylvania State Building & Construction Trades Council

Judge Maria McLaughlinJudge Maria McLaughlin received the endorsement for Superior Court from the Pennsylvania State Building & Construction Trades Council for her support of construction workers and organized labor.

“Your support for the construction workers and their issues has distinguished you among your colleagues and has benefitted countless hardworking Pennsylvanians,” said President of the Council Frank Siriani in a letter of endorsement.

“I am honored to have received this endorsement,”  said McLaughlin in a press release. “It is humbling to know that so many have faith in my ability, and shared values with the hard working men and women of Pennsylvania.”

McLaughlin has the support of numerous labor unions in her run for the Superior Court. She has over 26 individual union endorsements from trades and service unions, the Pennsylvania State Troopers, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5, educators and firefighters.

McLaughlin’s team has been working hard. She collected the most signatures statewide on petitions and earned the most votes in the May primary.
McLaughlin is running on the Democratic ticket for one of four open seats on the Superior Court.  The Pennsylvania State Building & Construction Trades Council also endorsed Republican Judge Emil Giordano in his run for the Superior Court.
