Cook Political Report: Lamb’s Race Moves From Leans Dem to Likely Dem: David Wasserman writes that Democrats are increasingly confident that former Vice President Joe Biden is leading in the congressional district boundaries that supported President Donald Trump in 2016.

Sabato’s Crystal Ball: Perry’s Race Moves From Toss-Up To Leans Dem: The final ratings update groups Perry’s reelection bid with a few other incumbent Republicans who are facing a “strong Democratic challenger,” while adding that “slippage” for President Donald Trump in these districts is endangering their reelection bids.

Biden To Travel To PA on Election Day: Former Vice President Joe Biden will travel to Scranton and Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Monmouth Poll: Biden 50, Trump 45: Biden leads Trump in all three voter models, although the race has tightened in the state.

Morning Consult Poll: Biden 52, Trump 43: Biden’s lead in the state remains unchanged in comparison to their polling released on Oct. 22.

Poll: Biden 52, Trump 48: The Frederick Polling data shows that both Biden and Trump secure over 90% of the vote from their respective parties, although Biden holds a 12 point lead, 56%-to-44%, among Independent voters in the state.

  1. Is fraud in the air?

The Gov didn’t like the way the count was going so he stopped it in Philly of all places.

Did he get a call from the DNC?

The FBI may as well start a grand jury now.

  2. Finello is a better opponent to Fitzpatrick in Bucks and has a better environment to defeat him now than in 2018. It doesn’t get better to beat Fitzpatrick than 2020 for Dems. If they can’t get the job done now forget it because they will never get it done. Trump has become politically toxic to many Bucks County voters and this sets the table for a Finello victory.

  3. The Biden campaign made no effort to woo Latino voters in this state. Their low turnout here and elsewhere will probably cost him the election
