A new poll from the New York Times shows President Donald Trump in a tight race with the Democratic presidential frontrunners. Happy Election Day 2019, politicos! Here is the Playbook. 

Top Ten 2019 Races To Watch: Some of the closest watched races include the two open seats on the Superior Court to Allegheny County District Attorney and Delaware County Council.

Marsy’s Law Votes Won’t Be Certified: On Monday, the state Supreme Court upheld a decision from a lower court that will not allow the state to certify the votes on the Marsy’s Law, a proposed victims amendment. Voters can still cast ballots on the amendment today, but the results won’t be tallied until the legal challenge is completed.
