November 7th Playbook

Reactions pour in from the results in Tuesday’s elections from the Philadelphia suburbs to western Pennsylvania about how these outcomes can shape the 2020 election. Here is the Playbook.

Dems Flip 5 Eastern PA Counties: Two years after winning their first seats in Delaware County, the Democrats will represent all five seats on the county council, while Chester County flip the Commissioner and District Attorney seats.

Four Western PA Counties Go Red: These traditional Democratic counties, which have been trending red for years, all flipped to Republican majorities for commissioner.
