President Donald Trump will lead a rally in Johnstown, while former VP Joe Biden will participate in an ABC News Town Hall in Philadelphia tonight. Here is the Playbook. 

Reuters/Ipsos Poll: Biden 51, Trump 44: 51% said Biden would be better at handling the coronavirus pandemic, while 42% said Trump would be better handling the matter. 50% said Trump would be better at managing the economy, while 45% said Biden would do a better job on the issue.

Poll: Biden 49.6, Trump 44.5: In the latest Baldwin Wallace University Great Lakes Poll, Biden is the lone candidate on the two presidential tickets to have a positive net favorability rating in Pennsylvania.

Finello Poll: Fitzpatrick 47, Finello 45: The Global Strategy Group survey commissioned by Dem challenger Christina Finello shows her only trailing Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick by 2 points. Former VP Joe Biden holds a 15 point lead over President Donald Trump in the suburban Philadelphia district.

Biden To Visit Philly for ABC News Town Hall: Former Vice President Joe Biden will participate in a town hall in Philadelphia on Tuesday evening, while President Donald Trump will hold a rally in Johnstown.

Trump To Rally in Johnstown: President Donald Trump’s visit to Johnstown on Tuesday evening will be his first appearance in the state in October.

Garrity Launches First Digital Ad: Stacy Garrity, an Iraq War veteran and businesswoman, who is the GOP candidate for Treasurer released her first digital ad of the campaign. The 15-second spot titled, “Service” touts her background in the military and in business. 

Giuliani Leads ‘Italians For Trump’ Event in Philly: Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Congressman Lou Barletta led an “Italians for Trump” event in Philadelphia on Monday evening, WHYY reports.

Lara Trump and Richard Grenell To Host “Trump Pride” Event in Delco: According to a release from the Trump campaign, Lara Trump and Ambassador Richard Grenell will be hosting a “Trump Pride” campaign event in Delaware County on Tuesday evening.
