  1. Let’s stop pretending that a man who gets his picture taken in a professional setting in a Confederate uniform (and it’s not Halloween) is ok for democracy. This Alice in Wonderland approach where logic is turned on it’s head and Mastriano represents the best hope for democacy evades the obvious. Candidates for office have to talk to all members of the press. Candidates for office can’t be on good terms with fringe groups. Our country is only as good as the people we select for office.
