Third Republican To Enter Race Against Lamb: Sean Parnell, a veteran and conservative author, is set to announce a bid for Congress. Kyle Kondik, Managing Editor, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, UVA Center for Politics, said on Twitter Tuesday that with Parnell “apparently running” for the 17th Congressional District that the Crystal Ball House ratings changes Lamb’s bid from Safe Democrat to Likely Democrat. Last week, President Donald Trump mentioned Parnell as a candidate for the race, during his trip to Pittsburgh. 

Trump campaign to hold Halloween Witch Hunt Party with Diamond and Silk in Lancaster County: President Donald Trump’s campaign team will be holding a “Halloween Witch Hunt Party” in Lancaster County that includes appearances from Diamond and Silk, and Matt and Mercedes Schlapp tonight in Lancaster County. 

Fitzpatrick Likely a “No” On Impeachment Resolution: Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Bucks) said he is likely to vote no of the impeachment resolution, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Jonathan Tamari. In a tweet, Tamari said that Fitzpatrick thinks “very serious” questions should be investigated by law enforcement and facts delivered to Congress, while calling the Democrats process as a “three ring circus.”
