The Commonwealth Court issues an injunction on Marsy’s Law prior to next week’s vote, while Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner endorses Elizabeth Warren for President, and former Trump campaign chair Corey Lewandowski headlines a Montgomery County GOP event. Here is the Playbook. 

Commonwealth Court Issues Injunction on Marsy’s Law Vote: The ruling determines that the victims’ rights amendment, slated to be voted on Nov. 5th, will not be certified while the legal challenge is pending.

Krasner Endorses Warren: The Philadelphia District Attorney said Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s message about economic justice connects so easily to a message about criminal justice reform in his endorsement video.

Corey Lewandowski To Headline Montco GOP Fall Dinner: The Montgomery County Republican Party said in a statement that President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager will provide perspective on what’s really going on in Washington.

Klobuchar To Campaign in Philly: Klobuchar will be making her second campaign visit in the state on Monday meeting with supporters in Philadelphia.

Fitzpatrick To Participate in Problem Solver Convention: According to Politico, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Bucks) will be participating in the No Labels, “the centrist group that tries to appeal to both parties,” Problem Solver Convention in Manchester, New Hampshire on Nov. 3. The convention is slated to include a variety of battleground House candidates and hree Democratic presidential hopefuls, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, John Delaney, and Marianne Williamson. 

Inquirer: Kenney Considers a Run for Governor: According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney is considering launching a bid for governor in 2022.
