PA-15: Q4: Dent Starts 2016 with $1.23M Cash On Hand

Charlie-DentCongressman Dent’s re-election effort is off to a solid start.

His campaign announced that they will begin 2016 with $1.23 million cash on hand. Dent’s campaign raised almost $225,000 last quarter, more than half of that coming from individual donors.

“I am extremely grateful for the strong support received by my campaign from the people of the 15th Congressional District of Pennsylvania,” Rep. Dent stated. “I look forward to continuing my work on their behalf, particularly on issues like improving the VA healthcare system through my position as Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee for Military Construction and Veterans Affairs.”

“I welcome a robust debate of the issues throughout this election cycle,” he concluded.

Dent is seeking his seventh term in Congress. The Congressman is currently the Chairman of House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Chairman of the House Ethics Committee.

The 15th Congressional District includes all of Lehigh County as well as parts of Northampton, Berks, Lebanon and Dauphin Counties.
