PA-8: DCCC Seeks to Tie Fitzpatrick to Trump (VIDEO)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExsEa3ykWYE

The DCCC is up with a new TV ad which ties PA-8 Republican nominee Brian Fitzpatrick to Donald Trump.

“Brian Fitzpatrick’s supports Donald Trump’s dangerous agenda,” the narrator begins. “Brian Fitzpatrick wants to defund Planned Parenthood, just like Trump.”

The thirty-second spot, titled “Agenda”, also blasts Fitzpatrick for standing by Trump as the latter mocked a disabled reporter, attacked a Gold Star family and demeaned women.

Fitzpatrick announced he would vote for Trump in July but retracted his support after audio from Trump’s 2005 Access Hollywood appearance was leaked.

“Brian Fitzpatrick and Donald Trump,” the narrator concludes. “We’re better than this.”

The 8th Congressional District represents all of Bucks County as well as parts of upper Montgomery County.

  1. Don’t forget his brother owns this seat and is doing a hand me down to his little brother. PA Politics at its best.

  2. Yawn!!!! This is all they have?? Oh and he was transferred to CA for a couple years. Fitz by 6.

  3. If I recall, Fitzpatrick DID support Trump, only until he realized that he couldn’t be linked with him if he wanted to win this upcoming election. Brian separating from Trump has nothing to do with his personal beliefs and values, and everything to do with simply with campaign strategy. It’s twisted. This guy is toast, I think we need to end the Fitzpatrick era.
