Kevin Strouse’s campaign received the endorsement of several local Bucks County Democrats today, headlined by State Representative Tina Davis.
Rep. Davis represents PA’s 141st district which covers Bristol Township and Middletown in lower Bucks County. Strouse is running for the Eighth Congressional District which comprises the whole of Bucks County and some of upper Montco.
“Kevin is a fighter. I endorse Kevin Strouse for Congress because he will cut through the gridlock in Washington to create jobs and grow the middle class,” State Rep. Davis said. “Democratic leaders in Bucks County are standing with Kevin because he is the right candidate to represent Pennsylvania’s 8th District in Congress.”
The Strouse campaign also announced the endorsement of several other local officials:
Jeff Boraski – Falls Township Supervisor Elect
Bryan Allen – Bensalem Township Councilman
Debbie Deblasio – Pennsbury School Board Director Region 3
Joseph Sundeen – Lower Makefield Township North 2 Judge of Elections
Dr. Kimberly Rose – Chair, Northampton Township Board of Supervisors
Last month, Strouse was endorsed by Bucks County Commissioner Diane Marseglia, the only Democratic commissioner in Bucks County.
Kevin Strouse is an Iraq and Afghan army vet who is running for the Democratic nomination in PA-8 against chemist and businesswoman Shaughnessey Naughton. They are fighting to take on Republican Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick.
