Governor Tom Wolf’s approval numbers have slipped a bit.
At least that’s the finding of the latest Quinnipiac Poll. They found Wolf with a 40% approval rating against 50% disapproval.
Last month, Quinnipiac found Wolf with a 41/46 split.
At this moment, Wolf has a positive approval rating among the following groups: Democrats (65/26), non-whites (50/38) and 18 to 34 year-olds (43/40).
This poll was done before the resolution of the budget process yesterday.
This survey was conducted by Quinnipiac University using live interviewers calling land lines and cell phones from June 30th to July 11th. They contacted 982 registered voters in Pennsylvania. The margin of error is +/- 3.1%.

Mostly kept down by lackluster Democratic support, it seems.
