The first rule of the Gridiron Dinner is don’t talk about the Gridiron Dinner.

The Pennsylvania Legislative Correspondents Association is hosting their annual “off-the-record” gathering on October 13th.

The nonpartisan, annual event is similar to the famous D.C. Gridiron Dinner that began in 1885. Proceeds go towards paying for Capitol Newsroom summer internships.

It will be held at The State Museum of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. The evening begins with a cash bar and appetizer buffet in Memorial Hall and Village Square at 5 p.m. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Tickets can be purchased for $75 each (includes one soft drink, beer or glass of wine) or $70 each for purchases of 10 tickets or more on our website (http://www.palegislativecorrespondents.org/gridiron/) or by visiting the Capitol newsroom in Room 524E.
