On top of the Lieutenant Governor marathon, State Sen. Mike Stack will also be running in the Pittsburgh Marathon this Sunday.
Stack, who has previously run in five other marathons, is asking donors to give one dollar or more for every mile he runs to the Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania Advocates PAC.
“This coming Sunday I am running in the Pittsburgh Marathon, all 26.2 miles of it,” Stack wrote in an email to supporters. “And, I am running for a cause that can never get too much attention. I am running to raise money and awareness for women’s health care issues, an area of policy and law I have worked hard on in the Pennsylvania Senate.”
“Make no doubt about it, I am doing everything I can to win this primary,” he continued. “However, there are no guarantees in elections. But, if you donate to the Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania PAC, you know that the organization is going to use your money to support candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor who support reproductive rights and fight for women’s health care.”
Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania PAC has not yet endorsed any candidate in the Democratic race for Lieutenant Governor.
Other Democratic candidates for Lt. Gov include former Rep. Mark Critz, Harrisburg City Councilman Brad Koplinski, State Rep. Brandon Neuman and Bradford County Commissioner Mark Smith.

Stack is totally a member of the oldboys network. What a lame ploy to show fake “progressivism” and concern for women’s issues. He’s pathetic. .
Wrong web link. PP Pa Advocates is the 501c4 (can’t take state PAC $). Planned Parenthood PA PAC is the organization: http://www.pppavotes.org/
