PA-Sen: Q3: Toomey Announces $6.1M Fundraising Total

pat-toomeyThe PA Senate race just keeps getting closer.

Not only are the polls deadlocked, but the fundraising totals are nearly equal as well.

Just days after Democratic nominee Katie McGinty revealed that she raised $6.3 million in the third quarter, Senator Toomey’s campaign announced that they brought in $6.1 million from July 1st to September 30th.

The actual campaign itself raised $5 million while another $1.124 million came from a joint committee with the party. The Republican nominee has received a total of $28.3 million since the beginning of this election cycle.

“Pat Toomey is grateful for the overwhelming generosity from every corner of the Commonwealth throughout this campaign,” said Toomey for Senate spokesman Ted Kwong. “There is clearly strong support for Pat Toomey’s independent leadership in Washington to grow the economy and keep Pennsylvanians safe, especially when compared to Katie McGinty’s hyper-partisan record of middle-class tax hikes, dangerous far-left foreign policy stances, and self-dealing ethics scandals.”

  1. I donated to Sen Toomey and voted for him but I’m wondering how in the hell to do you spend over 28 million dollars on a state political campaign! Is there a spreadsheet on this spend? This is clearly one of the areas of the system that needs worked on.

  2. Sen Toomey,
I donated to you and voted for you and with all due respect “How the hell do you spend over 28 million on a political campaign!” I think that is one area that needs some change. Is there an expense sheet on that much money?

  3. Toomey is tied to Trump, the worshiper of Nancy O’Dell, despite his attempts to disassociate himself

  4. ““Pat Toomey is grateful for the overwhelming generosity from every corner of the Commonwealth throughout this campaign”

How much of the money is from the Commonwealth and how much from out-of-state Wall-Street-Wealth ?
