PoliticsPA Playbook: Biden Wins PA

“As Pennsylvania goes, so goes the nation.”

On Saturday morning, the AP called Pennsylvania and the whole race for former VP Joe Biden. Meanwhile the GOP has successfully flipped the Auditor General’s office and holds a lead in the Treasurer’s race. Every incumbent member of Congress has secured another term. And several races for closely watched races in the state legislature *haven’t* been called yet.

So far Republicans have flipped two state House seats, (HD-143) and (HD-123), although they also are aiming to unseat House Minority Leader Frank Dermody (D-Allegheny) and Rep. For the state Senate, Republicans have flipped one seat in western PA (SD-37), while Democrats have flipped one seat in the Philly suburbs (SD-9), and another race in western PA has not been called yet.

While results are not final in a number of districts, here’s an update of where things stand in competitive House and Senate races in PA. If we missed a competitive race where most results are in, and at least some writing is on the wall, please send me a note at John@PoliticsPA.com).

  1. Great to see Biden and Atty Gen Shapiro win but stunning to see the losses of a Dem State Senator and some Dem State house seats. Biden won big in Philly and Westmoreland County but parts of Pa are becoming like Alabama ie “very red” and it was not always that way. No way any progressive wins statewide in a general election.

    1. Yes we will not forget they had no corruption and the Dems had all the corruption.

  2. The nation is rejoicing, while Trump stews in his evil juices. He deserves every fate that is coming to him.

    1. I stayed up all night crying in celebration, only to see the voter fraud run rampant through the country. Especially Pennsylvania.

I will never forget how the Demorats took down the greatest leader the world has seen. Ever.

I will devote every moment to worshipping my trump flag and watching The Apprentice reruns until Don Jr. Runs in 2024.
