The President is giving his “back to school” speech in Philly, Corbett and Onorato will share a stage, and Harrisburg is being sued for its incinerator debt. Good Tuesday morning and welcome to the Buzz where were getting whiplash from all the high profile politicos crisscrossing the state.

 

On the trail

 

President Obama will be in Philly, speaking at Masterman High School, where he will be giving his “back to school” speech, televised in many schools around the country.

Tom Corbett and Dan Onorato will be appearing on the same stage at an education forum inside the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
