The Mayor is moving the city in the right direction with very little resources. He is a welcome relief from his predecessor and with a few breaks, can get Harrisburg back to where its citizens need it to be.

Yeah. For people who don’t know Harrsiburg, this is basically an “Are you a Democrat or a Republican” question.
Shouldn’t there have been the “I’m one of the 96% of Pennsylvanians who don’t live in the Harrisburg Metro area, so I don’t really know or care” choice?
