The results are in, and a majority of our readers don’t think parties should pressure locals to nominate women in special elections to replace legislators who resign amid sexual harassment claims.
70% of the 360 respondents said the parties should not pressure the local parties, while 30% said they should.
With news coming out from both the state Senate and House of sexaul harassment claims, and calls for resignations coming out, special elections will likely become part of the story.
