LMAO. Just scrolled down to see what he was talking about. There are no comments from “Unsanctioned R” that could could be construed as him “owning” Ha3. None at all. Perhaps that is because he used other screen-names (as usual) in these comments he thinks are real humdingers. Poor thing. He is coming unglued again.

Who cares about Fina’s racist e-mails. He let Sandusky continue to attack children for 30-something months. Now, most of the charges in the PSU3 case have been tossed out by the Judge. And then the Superior Court found that his conduct in the Grand Jury was “highly improper.”
And I haven’t even mentioned the part where Fina went on TV to talk about the strength if his case – an ethical violation.
It is becoming more and more clear why Kane made it her #1 job to get rid of Fina when she was elected AG. Word is: he stole files when he left; he tried to cover-up his Hate-gate e-mails by introducing them as “evidence” in a grand jury – thus invoking the special protections of trend jury material.
Frank Fina is a corrupt asshole. Seth Williams is letting Fina and Fina’s lawyers’s wife run the Philly D.A.’s Office. City Council in Philadelphia would be smart to keep demanding that he be fired. And Mrs. Levant too.

I’m not in the habit of repeating myself. How many press releases do I need to issue saying how proud I am and thanking Moulton for his exonerating report? Moulton’s experience taught him there’s no way to put yourself back in the shoes of another prosecutor. The Monday morning quarterbacks would risk children today and tomorrow. They’re sick.

We learned the lessons of Michael Jackson’s failed prosecutors and got a high-profile molester behind bars. Some people have such an axe to grind that they actually would risk Sandusky walking around now. Unfortunately for them, even Kathleen Kane had to admit how wrong these guys are.
I begged Paterno not to send his kids to Jerry’s house, but he did it anyway. It was as if he didn’t hear a word I said. Sometimes I wonder if I imagined telling him. I mean, he said his name was Joe, who else could it be!?
California and Michael Jackson have nothing to do with what happened here. As usual, the “investigation” had an agenda: get Sandusky while sparing outré friends. But it was all Corbett. We were just following orders.
We wish we could have those 30 months back — the ones where we let that monster rape children. And we wish we had more effectively deleted the e-mails we sent during that same time period.
Why didn’t Frank Fina even bother to talk to me? I reported my abuse to a State Trooper. I reached out to the AG’s Office, where Fina was heading up the investigation. They knew that I spoke to Paterno when it happened. Why didn’t they even interview me???

I feel sorry for you Aaron, I do. But, do you know how many Aaron Fishers there are because prosecutors screwed up the Michael Jackson case and he was left to Sandusky kids until the day he died.
Thank God Fina learned from their mistakes and Sandusky is behind bars.

I took her campaign rhetoric hook, line, and sinker and I can’t let it go that my enemies were actually exonerated and if I were in charge Sandusky would still be abusing kids like Michael Jackson did in California after he was acquitted.
My words indicate that Corbett and Fina are responsible for inexplicable delays. There should have been a search warrant executed after Victim 1. They would have found everything they need to STOP THE MONSTER FROM RAPING CHILDREN.

Not so fast! I commissioned the Moulton Report and it exonerated Corbett’s office. If you remember, I tried to lie and say what you just did and got caught so I had to eat my words the next day. Learn from my mistakes. Corbett’s team were heroes that didn’t screw up in a rush like prosecutors did in California and let Michael Jackson off to abuse more children. As much as I’d like to prey on the ignorant, I know that history has already been made on this one.
The Corbett/Fina OAG made history by allowing a monster to continue attacking children for over two years.

The Corbett and Fina led AG’s Office was corrupt. They were prosecutors with personal agendas. Corbett is scum. Fina is corrupt.
Just read Aaron Fisher’s book. Just look at all the Fina cases falling apart when put under microscope. Fina’s new boss (Seth Williams) just had to personally beg a defendant to accept a deal so he could avoid having to take Fina’s “sting” case to Court.
Speaking of Fina and Williams, we now know that they COULDN’T CARE LESS about innocent people getting jailed for crimes they did not commit:

The truth has yet to be exposed. The citizens of Pennsylvania expect much more from their judicial system and news sources. The Second Mile was protected, state government agencies were protected. Why?
