  1. Pat Unger says:

LMAO. Just scrolled down to see what he was talking about. There are no comments from “Unsanctioned R” that could could be construed as him “owning” Ha3. None at all. Perhaps that is because he used other screen-names (as usual) in these comments he thinks are real humdingers. Poor thing. He is coming unglued again.

  2. HaHaHa says:

Before I start scrolling, which screen-name should I look for?

  3. Unsanctioned R says:

How quickly can HaHaHardon et al. scroll these comments to hide how I’ve embarrassed him? 3, 2, 1…

  4. HaHaHa says:

Nah. He likes little boys … not grown man like me. I’m safe.

Did you know that he was once arrested for masterbating in front of little boys? He likes to watch them urinate.

  5. Kane's Sister says:

I know, but when you compare the things he seems to endorse and the things I seem to endorse, I can’t explain how I kept my job. Maybe it’s nepotism, IDK.

  6. Pat Unger says:

Ha3 – It appears your stalker has managed to use the term “hard on” when talking about you. Time for a restraining order, I fear. The more he gets OWNED by you and David, the more unhinged he becomes.

  7. Marie says:

    You boys done?

Who cares about Fina’s racist e-mails. He let Sandusky continue to attack children for 30-something months. Now, most of the charges in the PSU3 case have been tossed out by the Judge. And then the Superior Court found that his conduct in the Grand Jury was “highly improper.”

And I haven’t even mentioned the part where Fina went on TV to talk about the strength if his case – an ethical violation.

It is becoming more and more clear why Kane made it her #1 job to get rid of Fina when she was elected AG. Word is: he stole files when he left; he tried to cover-up his Hate-gate e-mails by introducing them as “evidence” in a grand jury – thus invoking the special protections of trend jury material.

Frank Fina is a corrupt asshole. Seth Williams is letting Fina and Fina’s lawyers’s wife run the Philly D.A.’s Office. City Council in Philadelphia would be smart to keep demanding that he be fired. And Mrs. Levant too.

  8. bungy says:

Yeah …LOL … Did you see the one where Fina seems to be endorsing statutory rape if the female has large breasts? I got a real belly-laugh out of that one.

  9. Kane's Sister says:

That link was funny. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen that. I love sarcastic humor.

  10. Marie says:

Pretty f’ing dumb. You can’t even steal a shtick properly.

  11. Seth Williams' New Chief of Staff and General Counsel says:

    OOPS !!! How dumb am I ??? ???

  12. Seth Williams' New Chief of Staff and General Counsel says:

I am just glad this hasn’t been posted in a while ……..

  13. HaHaHardon says:

I got owned yesterday and I came back again today for more. How dumb am I?

  14. TC says:

I’m not in the habit of repeating myself. How many press releases do I need to issue saying how proud I am and thanking Moulton for his exonerating report? Moulton’s experience taught him there’s no way to put yourself back in the shoes of another prosecutor. The Monday morning quarterbacks would risk children today and tomorrow. They’re sick.

BTW, you can read the whole report, there’s got to be a link to it here:

  15. Fina & The Corbett Pervs says:

Uh oh … More bad news for us:

“Judge Feudale was removed as grand jury judge in 2013 after the state Supreme Court concurred with Attorney General Kathleen Kane that Feudale had demonstrated he could not preside objectively over cases involving the attorney general’s office.

In November, Feudale’s title of senior judge was revoked because of emails with reporters and former deputy AG Frank Fina –who led the Sandusky prosecution — after he was removed from the grand jury.”

People are starting to catch on!!!! We are worried about orange jump-suits.

  16. State Trooper says:

Sure. But can I still question the credibility of a child rape victim that we refused to even interview?

  17. Kane's Sister says:

    got it

  18. Kane's 14th press secretary says:

Yes, ma’am. Tell your husband I said HI.

  19. Unsanctioned R(etard) says:

    Yep. Got it.

  20. Corbett heroes says:

    Got it.

  21. Seth Williams' New Chief of Staff and General Counsel says:

Attention Team — we only want to talk about certain parts of the Moulton Report. Remember that the report’s findings included the fact that there were INEXPLICABLE DELAYS. Don’t talk about the Mpulton Report too much. Got it?

  22. Seth Williams' New Chief of Staff and General Counsel says:

I’m glad I am not the only one saying nice things about my husband’s racist client, frank Fina!!

Great guy …. …. …. Really … I’m not just saying that because I have a financial reason to do so. trust me. Who cares why I have this job? Who cares that I used to represent murderers and rapists?!?

  23. Corbett heroes says:

We learned the lessons of Michael Jackson’s failed prosecutors and got a high-profile molester behind bars. Some people have such an axe to grind that they actually would risk Sandusky walking around now. Unfortunately for them, even Kathleen Kane had to admit how wrong these guys are.

  24. State Trooper says:

I begged Paterno not to send his kids to Jerry’s house, but he did it anyway. It was as if he didn’t hear a word I said. Sometimes I wonder if I imagined telling him. I mean, he said his name was Joe, who else could it be!?

  25. Fina & The Corbett Pervs says:

California and Michael Jackson have nothing to do with what happened here. As usual, the “investigation” had an agenda: get Sandusky while sparing outré friends. But it was all Corbett. We were just following orders.

We wish we could have those 30 months back — the ones where we let that monster rape children. And we wish we had more effectively deleted the e-mails we sent during that same time period.

  26. Sandusky Victim interviewed by CNN says:

Why didn’t Frank Fina even bother to talk to me? I reported my abuse to a State Trooper. I reached out to the AG’s Office, where Fina was heading up the investigation. They knew that I spoke to Paterno when it happened. Why didn’t they even interview me???

  27. Seth Williams' New Chief of Staff and General Counsel says:

He is a hero!!!! Frank Fina is a hero … You hear me!!! A hero … and NOTBA RACIST!!

Trust me – Fina is not a racist. He DID NOT steal files from the OAG when he got canned. Just ignore his e-mails. Ignore the Superior Court’s findings. Ignore the “inexplicable delays” layer out in the Moulton Report.

Fina is a great guy. GREAT GUY. Doesn’t matter that he is my husband’s client in a money-driven lawsuit. Great guy … … … …

  28. Kane's 14th press secretary says:

I feel sorry for you Aaron, I do. But, do you know how many Aaron Fishers there are because prosecutors screwed up the Michael Jackson case and he was left to Sandusky kids until the day he died.

Thank God Fina learned from their mistakes and Sandusky is behind bars.

  29. Aaron Fisher says:

Read my book. I was there. Sandusky abused me. And then I had to suffer through the incompetence/arrogance of Frank Fina. He is no hero.

  30. HaHaHa says:

I wish Kane never had Moulton write that report that made Corbet and Fina heroes.

I took her campaign rhetoric hook, line, and sinker and I can’t let it go that my enemies were actually exonerated and if I were in charge Sandusky would still be abusing kids like Michael Jackson did in California after he was acquitted.

  31. Moulton Report says:

My words indicate that Corbett and Fina are responsible for inexplicable delays. There should have been a search warrant executed after Victim 1. They would have found everything they need to STOP THE MONSTER FROM RAPING CHILDREN.

Instead – they swapped racist e-mails and vile videos. They even sent around material making light of statutory rape. The blood of those children is on Fina’s hands.

  32. Moulton Report says:

The record’s been set on the Corbett team of heroes.

Be thankful they didn’t rush in and screw it up like was done with Michael Jackson in California.

  33. Seth Williams' New Chief of Staff and General Counsel says:

Frank Fina is a great guy!! Trust me. Great guy. Just ignore the Superior Court’s findings. Just ignore that Fina is my husband’s client in a money-driven lawsuit.
    GREAT GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  34. Kane's Sister says:

Dear Sister, I do remember that. The press skewered you good for starting the Sandusky lie. It reminded me of a picture we used to send around the office (thanks again for not firing me like the guys).

  35. Sandusky says:

My thanks to Tom Corbett and Frank Fina for allowing me to continue to rape children while you all watched granny porn and swapped racist e-mails.

  36. Unsanctioned R says:

    HaHaHardon owned again.

  37. KK says:

Not so fast! I commissioned the Moulton Report and it exonerated Corbett’s office. If you remember, I tried to lie and say what you just did and got caught so I had to eat my words the next day. Learn from my mistakes. Corbett’s team were heroes that didn’t screw up in a rush like prosecutors did in California and let Michael Jackson off to abuse more children. As much as I’d like to prey on the ignorant, I know that history has already been made on this one.

  38. HaHaHa says:

The Corbett/Fina OAG made history by allowing a monster to continue attacking children for over two years.

  39. PSU4EVER says:

JoePA made history with win 409. Move along.

  40. Unsanctioned R says:

He let his kids swim over at Jerry’s house? Something doesn’t square.

  41. aaron says:

Ummm … I’m more concerned about the victims. Fuck JoePa. Fuck PS Football.

  42. Joe Cattano says:

Does there come a time when we stop pursuing this issue, and let the courts and real evidence surface? Taking a poll to determine guilt? That is patently absurd. What are we accomplishing but slandering a man thru the medium of a poll. Is a poll facts? Is a poll truth? Is a poll irrefutable evidence? How would any of us like our name destroyed by a poll. How far we have fallen. We have become enchanted with sensationalism, innuendo and unvetted testimony. Let the facts emerge before throwing the rope over the limb.

  43. HaHaHa says:

If JoePa covered up for Sandusky back in the 70s or 80s, then JoePa can suck a bag of dead dicks.

  44. Marie says:

    Frank Fina is a POS.

His dirty little fingers were all over this case. First – he let Sandusky continue to attack children for 30-something months. Now, most of the charges in the PSU3 case have been tossed out by the Judge. And then the Superior Court found that his conduct in the Grand Jury was “highly improper.”

And I haven’t even mentioned the part where he went on TV to talk about the strength if his case – an ethical violation.

The guy is a corrupt asshole. Seth Williams is letting Fina and Fina’s lawyers’s wife run the Philly D.A.’s Office. City Council in Philadelphia would be smart to keep demanding that he be fired. And Mrs. Levant too.

  45. Pat Unger says:

    You know why, elroy.

The Corbett and Fina led AG’s Office was corrupt. They were prosecutors with personal agendas. Corbett is scum. Fina is corrupt.

Just read Aaron Fisher’s book. Just look at all the Fina cases falling apart when put under microscope. Fina’s new boss (Seth Williams) just had to personally beg a defendant to accept a deal so he could avoid having to take Fina’s “sting” case to Court.

Speaking of Fina and Williams, we now know that they COULDN’T CARE LESS about innocent people getting jailed for crimes they did not commit:

From PennLive article — “The committee’s work took four long years but, in 2011, it released its report, a 316-page tome that thoroughly analyzed the causes of wrongful convictions and offered a series of recommendations to fix the problem.

The committee’s recommendations included greater preservation of biological evidence, changes in witness interviews and photo lineups, state-based funding for indigent defense services, video and audio recording of interrogations, and compensation for people who are wrongly convicted.

Unfortunately, law enforcement, led by the District Attorneys’ association, released its own minority report.

That minority report diminished the committee’s recommendations and refused to even acknowledge the reality of innocent people in prison.

Signers of the minority report included Ed Marsico, Frank Fina, Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala, and Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams.

Perhaps most appalling of all, the minority report called the idea of compensating wrongly convicted people “preposterous.”

Apparently – Frank Fina thinks he deserves taxpayer $$$ and has sued the State trying to get some. But – he doesn’t think innocent people who get sent to jail by corrupt prosecutors like him should recover. Shame on him.

And Shame on Seth Williams for authoring this disgusting “minority report.”

  46. elroy hirsch says:

Running a poll regarding JoePa, after reporting an unsubstantiated incident from 1971 as factual, is a disgrace to the “news media.”

The truth has yet to be exposed. The citizens of Pennsylvania expect much more from their judicial system and news sources. The Second Mile was protected, state government agencies were protected. Why?

We desireve the truth. Allow Bruce Castor to complete his findings.

  47. O says:

Williams will be indicted. Fina will be fired. The O knows.

  48. aaron says:

Fina also lied to the Court in the Penn State 3 case. The Superior Court just found that his conduct in the Grand Jury was “highly improper.”

  49. aaron says:

But … But … Frank Fina said that Paterno didn’t!!

He also lied to the Court in the Penn State 3 case. The Superior Court just found that his conduct in the Grand Jury was “highly improper.”

And Fina used his government computer to send this to his white male buddies:

    https://www.flickr.com/photos/zadock1/3580634808

Fina let his lawyer’s other client keep $400,000.00 he stole from PA taxpayers. And now he and that lawyer are suing for more taxpayer $$$.

But – Seth Williams keeps on paying him.
