This week on Up & Down, we give a thumbs up to Speaker McCall for calling the House back into session, Mayor Ravenstahl for pursuing his legislative agenda despite the adversity presented by City Council and the incoming Pa. On the other hand, good government folks can’t seem to decide how they feel about the legislature’s lame duck session, with some advocates pushing the legislature to have a lame duck session while others lamenting the lack of accountability that comes with the session.
