This week in our Up & Down, the State House Democratic Campaign Committee is doing a good job of fundraising in a poor Democratic environment. State Senator Mike Stack is doing all the right moves to position himself to be minority leader next year. Gov. Rendell has some explaining to do to Pennsylvanians after he has flip-flopped on Marcellus Shale tax policies and Rep. Patrick Murphy also has some explaining to do after accusations of voter fraud have emerged. Rep. Tim Murphy may have energized his conservative base but, at the cost of talking about issues. Joe Sestak is wondering where all the love went and Pat Toomey will only acknowledge support from some people. Happy Halloween everyone!
