  1. It seems to be something of a moot point as the claims were most relevant to the “red”/”yellow” phase. The “green” seems mostly reasonable– though the judge makes some valid points about “red”. The situation was surely frustrating and seemingly arbitrary and too invasive at times in “red”. The judge makes sense in that there is a long important framework limitimg government power. Very important- but the gov doesn’t seem inclined to go back to “red”/”yellow”.

All the same, the masks would seem to make a positive difference- and the govs order there seems to make sense.

  2. Wolf and Levine will manipulate the virus numbers upward and blame the federal judge and the lazy reporters will just take it as fact. No transparency in this Administration but the media doesn’t care.

Ironic no one mentioned how all the judges appointed by Obama blocked all of Trumps attempts to stop illegal immigration.

  3. Public health policy has become a political football and sadly we cannot save people from themselves advocating public health as if they were dealing with a snow storm. Hopefully, this bad ruling will not hold because if it does idiocy will rule the day and infections will soar in Pa. It is not a coincidence that the administration advocating chaotic approaches to covid across the county endorses this unfortunate ruling.

  4. A Trump-appointed trustfund-baby federal judge issued an Opinion that PA regulations to save lives from Covid is unconstitutional. If he is an “originalist”, where in the Constitution does it say Covid shall not be contained?
