Former VP Joe Biden delivered an address in Pittsburgh on Monday, while VP Mike Pence is set to headline a “Workers For Trump” event today in Luzerne County. Here is the Playbook.

 

Climate Group Poll: Fracking and Climate Issues Benefit Dems in PA: “The conventional wisdom about Pennsylvania voters and fracking is wrong,” said Lori Lodes, Executive Director of Climate Power 2020. Biden leads Trump by 8 points, 50-to-42, in the poll.

Trump To Visit Westmoreland County on Thursday: On Thursday evening, President Donald Trump will head to Westmoreland County to deliver remarks from Arnold Palmer Regional Airport.

Pence to Headline ‘Workers for Trump’ Event in Luzerne County: On Tuesday afternoon, Pence will advocate for President Donald Trump’s “pro-growth, pro-jobs agenda,” during a campaign visit in Exeter.

    All you have to do is have a cursory understanding of energy to know that the future of Pa energy is not in fracking. And that is because of economics. As alternative sources of energy become less costly and more available fracking will decline. Fracking is the hula hoop or pet rock of energy—its not a long term answer.
