President Donald Trump held a rally at the Harrisburg International Airport on Saturday night, while former Gov. Tom Ridge announced he’s backing former VP Joe Biden’s bid for the White House. Here is the Playbook.

  1. Tom Ridge is a throw back to a time when the parties were less polarized and when Pennsylvania politics had less stage craft and more cooperation. It was good to be reminded of his decency.
