Former President Barack Obama leads an initiative against gerrymandering that targets PA. President Donald Trump and Sen. Pat Toomey are at odds over tariffs. Here is the Playbook. 

Obama Led Initiative Against Gerrymandering Targets PA: Pennsylvania is one of ten states that the Obama-backed group places as a priority for fair Congressional maps. The PA Democratic Party welcomes the initiative from the former President accusing the GOP of rigging the system, while the PA GOP said the group is aiming to ensure a permanent Democratic majority in the House.

Toomey, Trump at Odds on Tariffs Impact on US Economy: Sen. Pat Toomey said that tariffs are a threat to growth for the US economy, while President Trump said he doesn’t think it’s having a negative impact in America.

Dean To Host Gun Violence Town Hall: Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Montgomery) is hosting a town hall tonight focusing on gun violence in America that includes state Rep. Matthew Bradford (D-Montgomery), the Norristown Chief of Police Mark Talbot, CeaseFirePA Executive Director Shira Goodman, and input from the public.
