SP&R Poll: President Romney’s Approval Rating Reaches All-Time High

Romney Harrisburg rooftopPresident Mitt Romney’s approval rating in Pa. has reached a record high, according to the latest survey from Susquehanna Polling and Research. A staggering 87% of Pa. voters approve the way the Republican has handled the job during his first 3 months in office.

“President Romney’s honeymoon is going strong,” said pollster James Lee, “no doubt thanks to his successful repeal of Obamacare, building the Keystone XL pipeline, and that winning smile.”

SP&R is a Republican firm, so the results should be taken with a grain of salt.

The pollster surveyed 622 registered voters via rotary phones in Bedford County households that lack a television.

Gov. Tom Corbett’s approval remains at 33%, according to the poll.

  1. I lost it at rotary phones. Oh SP&R… if I hadn’t known that Romney lost, I might have thought this was a true story.
