Civility in politics. Where has it gone? We will hear from former Governor Tom Ridge who awarded the Allegheny College prize for “civility in Pennsylvania public life” to Alan Novak, former PA Republican Party Chairman and TJ Rooney, former PA Democratic Party Chairman, this week at the PA Chamber of Business and Industry dinner in Hershey. We will have PA Representative Stephen Bloom (R-Cumberland) on the show talking about the stalemated budget and his run for the 11th Congressional District.

Real estate developer Lucas Piatt helped to change the face of Downtown Pittsburgh living – with his impressive Piatt Place and Capital Grille. Piatt – who also plans to remake the former Saks Fifth Avenue building, Downtown, into a combination of condominiums, parking, and entertainment – joins us, to discuss another expansion of his real estate reach.

Rick talks with Piatt —  Co-Owner of Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty in Pittsburgh – and Fran Santangelo – Senior Vice-President of Global Operations and Business Development, for the firm, about Sotheby’s new presence in Pittsburgh, and their effort to market homes.

Then, we’ll tell you about an initiative that KDKA-TV has launched – called – “Technovation” – which celebrates innovative ways of doing business – and combines ideas – with technical ability.
