It wasn’t a happy Thanksgiving for former Judge Barry Feudale.
According to Chris Palmer of the Inquirer, the State Supreme Court removed him because of accusations of misconduct and loss of objectivity.
Last month, Feudale indicated that he believed the AG may have read his personal emails. Kane denied the charge and released messages that the judge sent to Inquirer reporters Craig McCoy and Angela Couloumbis.
Those emails convinced the PA Supreme Court Justices to remove Feudale from his post as a senior judge. They also believe his objectivity is now “clouded” because of his friendship with Kane’s long-time antagonist Frank Fina.
Kane is currently facing the spectre of removal either by a State Senate investigation or State House impeachment proceedings.

Everyone who gets into bed with Fina and his BS cases gets burned. Why do you think the PSU3 case is doomed? He knowingly let a witness testify in a GJ unrepresented. He went on TV to talk about the strength of his case in violation of the rules of ethics. Why do you think 78% of people polled want Seth Williams to Fire Fina?
Even the Sandusky case he messed up. He let that animal remain a free man for way too long. He let him continue to rape children. And now he is suing AG Kane for $$$ … using Tyron Ali’s lawyer …. He is bad news!!
How will you explain prosecuting Kane for ONE alleged leak and ignoring the MANY ILLEGAL LEAKS by Fina & The Corbett Pervs? Are there two sets of rules? Selective enforcement is a form of corruption. You can look it up, Mr. Steele.
O – Does this hire get reviewed by anyone? My understanding is that this position did not exist until now.
And – is it true that the 1st Assistant who just resigned wanted Fina and Costanao fired?
Even better: Fina’s lawyer’s wife’s job includes supervising all the Ethics programs in the DA’s office! You can’t make this stuff up!

Not sure what the Supreme Court can do about the Philadelphia D.A.’s Office – but there are MAJOR red-flags there:
Recent reports indicate that DA Williams practically begged the steaming pile of dung (sting) defendant to take hie WAY TOO GENEROUS plea offer.
And now we all know why. Even Bruce Beemer – who just testified against Kane in the Senate Kangaroo Court trying to remove Kane – wrote a Memo saying that Fina’s investigation of Black Legislators was improper … and that it was “unjust” for Frank Fina to drop all charges against the con-man who stole $400,000.00 from a non-profit set up to help children.
Turns out – Frank Fina and that con-man have the same lawyer. That lawyer stands to profit from Fina’s money-driven lawsuit against Kane. And that lawyer’s wife (who has hardly any prosecutorial experience and ZERO experience as General Counsel) just got hired by Seth Williams to be General Councel at the DA’s Office.
Does the City (Mayor’s Office or City Council) have to approve of a new position created by a Politician? If so – they better look VERY CLOSELY at the hiring of this lawyer’s wife.
