In a memo shared with PoliticsPA, the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (DLCC) shared its focus on driving resources and attention to Pennsylvania and 19 races that will make the difference in the outcome of the election.

The DLCC identified 15 races in the state House and four more in the state Senate that could change the course of Pennsylvania politics. Democrats in the House hold a one-seat majority, 102-101, while Republicans maintain a 28-22 advantage in the state Senate.

In the memo, Heather Williams, president of the DLCC, says “As the national party committee tasked with evaluating opportunities and resources at the state legislative level, the DLCC has finalized our Spotlight Races in the most competitive target states for this November. We are focused on states where legislative majorities are in play – including defending hard-fought Democratic majorities and breaking vulnerable GOP majorities – in Minnesota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and New Hampshire.”
