Jenna Ellis, one of the public faces of the Trump campaign’s election denial, was named senior legal adviser to the Mastriano campaign.
Republican gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano announced the selection of Jenna Ellis as senior legal adviser to his campaign.
“Jenna Ellis was the first to endorse us and was a champion for our campaign during the Primary Election,” said Mastriano. “The talent, experience, and legal expertise Jenna brings will be an important factor in helping us defeat Josh Shapiro and the extreme Democratic agenda in November.”
“This race is the most important in the country,” said Ellis. “As Governor, Doug Mastriano will reinstate personal and economic freedom in Pennsylvania, and he’ll restore integrity to our elections.”
Ellis resigned from the Republican Party in July 2021, saying, “I am changing my voter registration, and I am no longer a Republican until the party decides that it wants to be conservative again. Even if I stand alone for the truth, I will stand for the truth,” she continued.
Along with Rudy Giuliani, Ellis was a public face of the Trump campaign’s efforts to overturn to 2020 election, promoting false allegations of election fraud.
