The campaign put out an appeal for volunteers to make calls, canvass neighborhoods and speak for Trump at local events, the report says.
Trump is leading in almost every PA poll, with the primary now just under three weeks away. A Quinnipiac Poll on Wednesday showed Trump with 39%, while Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is closing in with 30%.
Ohio Gov. John Kasich – who registered 24% in the poll – will be looking for a boost from the bordering Keystone State, though Trump has strong regional ties, having spent most of his life in New York.
