State Rep. and former Lt. Governor candidate Scott Conklin is excited about President Obama’s choice of Penn State for today’s major policy speech.

He added that the President’s economic plans are essential for America’s global competitiveness.

Conkin’s 77th district includes much of State College’s university neighborhoods.
