PoliticsPA’s 10/21 Ups & Downs: It’s our favorite feature here at PoliticsPA: see who made this week’s list! See which entry earned Sen. Pat Toomey a tut-tut from the Tribune Review.

Post-Gazette Endorses Wecht, Boockvar: Pittsburgh’s largest paper endorsed both Democratic candidates in the upcoming judicial elections.

Altmire & Dent Anti-Terrorism Law: Last week, four of the most moderate legislators in Congress introduced bipartisan and bicameral legislation that would update and add to existing federal law regarding the loss of nationality for American citizens who engage in terrorist activities directed against the United States.

Toomey & Contraceptives, Sterilization: Sen. Toomey says that the health care law forces members of religious entities to violate their strongly-held beliefs or potential pay a heavy lump some. He’s co-sponsoring a law to repeal that provision.

Cantor Cancels Speech: GOP House Majority Leader Eric Cantor canceled his scheduled speech at UPenn because it was open to the public, including possible protesters from Occupy Philadelphia.

Abother Bad Poll for Obama: The PAGOP and RNC are giddily circulating news about a Susquehanna Polling and Research survey that shows that a generic Republican beats President Barack Obama in Pa. by 7 points, 45 to 38.
