Gov. Tom Corbett signed the 2013-14 state budget, passed by the House and Senate hours before the midnight deadline. But liquor, pensions and transportation will have to wait for the fall.
Republicans and some Democrats passed a $28.4 billion state budget plan that increases overall spending by 2.3% over the current year. It does not include numbers from possible changes contained in pending liquor, transportation and pension legislation.
