The state House advances a bill to delay the April 28 primary date, while Erie County is the latest county to issue a stay-at-home orders. Here is the Playbook. 

 

Reader Poll: PA Should Delay Its Primary: 56% of people who voted in the PoliticsPA poll believe the state should delay its primary from April 28 to a later date, while 44% voted to keep this year’s primary date as is.
