Pennsylvania GOP Names House Leadership Team

Cutler announces new PA House GOP leadership team

The House Republican Caucus announced its new leadership team during a late afternoon press conference in Harrisburg.

  • Leader: Bryan Cutler (R-Lancaster)
  • Whip: Tim O’Neal (R-Washington)
  • Appropriations Chair: Seth Grove (R-York)
  • Caucus Chair: George Dunbar (R-Westmoreland)
  • Caucus Administrator: Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland)
  • Caucus Secretary: Martina White (R-Philadelphia)
  • Policy Committee Chair: Josh Kail (R-Beaver/Washington)

“Our leaders, much like our caucus, are an optimistic group of forward thinkers from diverse backgrounds and regions. Our shared experiences and commitment to find solutions is unwavering and this group is poised and ready to find a pathway to opportunity for all Pennsylvanians,” Cutler said. “Republican ideals grow opportunities for families. Our policies reduce the burden on taxpayers and increase access for all Pennsylvanians to make their lives better today than they were yesterday. This leadership team, just like our caucus, is ready to take on what lies ahead. And I look forward to being with this caucus every step of the way.”

He added, “The outcome of the 2022 elections for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives was not the result of any policy decisions or political calculus, but the end result of an outcome-oriented map.”

“We emerge today optimistic, united and ready to take on the big issues that are currently confronting the commonwealth.”

  1. Plenty of representation of Pennsylvania’s half-educated, intolerant, obsolete, emptying, declining backwaters. From the Commonwealth’s modern, educated, successful, productive communities, not so much.

  2. They just refuse to admit their policies are unpopular. Will they be fiscally conservative and stop wasting money on lawsuits over elections? Any more fake elector ideas? Idiots all.

  3. Cutler told nothing but the truth in his statement praising the new GOP leadership. Dems are a clown car of dolts. MAGA!

    1. We need to elect people into office who are willing to work across the aisle together to find solutions. We need to get back to compromising and uniting, and GET RID OF DIVISIVE MAGA AUTHORITARIANS AND THEIR DIVISIVE POLICIES. We need to get back to ONE NATION under God, INDIVISIBLE with Liberty and justice FOR ALL!!!

  4. Welcome to the minority GOPers. Get use to it, because PA is getting bluer every year with new residents moving in and old white people dying off.

    1. …. but, it’s not.

Republicans and Dems are losing to independents while Dems lose to Repub in vote registration trends.

I think this is reflective of the national trend too.
