Papenfuse Wins Harrisburg Mayoral Primary

Eric PapenfuseCurrent Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse won the Democratic primary.  

Papenfuse beat four challengers in the race, receiving 2,536 of the votes cast with all precincts reporting.  Gloria Martin-Roberts came in second with 1,999.

I want to thank everyone for their support this evening,” Papenfuse said in a Tweet.  

Republicans did not run a candidate in the race, making Papenfuse’s re-election seem relatively secure.
